How to Use:

• Diffusion/Oil Burner: Add 1–2 drops only to your diffuser or oil burner — Red Thyme is exceptionally potent; blend with softer oils such as Lavender or Frankincense to balance its intensity
• Blending: Blends well with Lavender, Rosemary, Bergamot, Lemon, Cedarwood and other herbal, citrus or woody essential oils — use sparingly as a supporting note
• Topical: Always dilute thoroughly and generously with a carrier oil before any topical application — Red Thyme must always be well diluted due to its high phenol content
