Shipping policy

UK Mainland

Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders over 2kg are sent via APC on an overnight service, arriving the next working day after dispatch.

Large furniture items are shipped via pallet. We will contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Northern Ireland

Orders between 100g–2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD. Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands & Scilly Islands

Orders up to 2kg for the Scottish Highlands & Isles and Scilly Islands are sent via Royal Mail; orders over 2kg are sent via APC. Channel Islands orders are shipped via DHL.

The following postcodes fall within this zone: AB37–AB38, AB41–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV1–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80–PA88, PH17–PH44, PH49–PH50, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.

European Shipping

We ship to Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden via DHL.

Delivery typically takes up to 1 week after dispatch. Please note that customs delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Switzerland & Norway

Orders are shipped via DHL. For orders weighing 25kg or more, shipping costs are quoted individually — we will contact you by email with a shipping quote once your order has been prepared in our warehouse.

USA & Canada

Orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch.

Please note: we are currently unable to ship Zone 6 orders weighing 1kg or more. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
